vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
(3) Attempting to interfere with service, including
overloading, flooding, Spamming, Crashing or submitting a virus;
(4) Sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising; or
(5) Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header infomation in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.
Violation of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability, and MOMBI will terminate, without warning, any account wich it belives in its sole discretion has breached this section. MOMBI reserves the right to investigate such occurrences, and to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, including complying with
warrants, court orders and subpoenas. By your use of the network, you authorize MOMBI to take such action.
